Planning on nipping up to Aviemore at New Year, hopefully to do some skiing against the wind in a white out!! - Anyone done this???

Yeah Papa pip done it years ago lol. Sorry bit of a joke there, welcome to the site, hope you find your answer from someone, I skied all over Europe but never got to aviemore, mostly cross country but a bit of downhill.

Never done it before Dangler but you better be quick as the Weather forecast is not looking good for travelling but is looking great for skiing. LOL

Sounds good Sparky1958 if we can get there. Just been skiing today for the first time in 9 years! Boy, do those muscles hurt now. Still once I'd got over the cramp, it all came back to me. A few more times and I'll be ready for Aviemore, though I still won't keep up with the kids (8 and 6 and they both ski better than me!!)

Snow's all melting here and theres no snow at our nearest ski centre LECHT

Hopefully some will fall before that time HAVE FUN!!!
