I have a 32 Winnebago.  Am I going be welcome here or will I find that this forum (like many campsites!) is directed more towards the smaller European outfits?

Yes I am also a motorhomer and have enjoyed Tenting caravanning and all that goes with the freedom of getting away from it all. I enjoy coming back to this site as I consider myself to be part of the family

Another Motorhome here.  Laika Laserhome 57 A class which is on a 2.5 Diesel Talbot Express.  We bought it from a dealer in Portsmouth last year.  Have been popping in and out of the site ever since and have been to a couple of meets. Find everyone very friendly and helpful.  Would love to hear from anyone else with the same rig.

Hi, we are on our first,  Bessacarr motorhome ?  has anyone been keeping count on how many there are on hear,  also i don't really see why we should be seperate from the caravans and Tents etc.  since 80% of the things that are disscussed are common to all of us ?

Hi everyone ,don't think I've posted here yet so think I should.

started out with old tents and trailer tents in the early 80s then progressed to a commer camper,we loved it so much we got a transit motorhome. We gave it a break around 5 years ago and had a touring caravan permanently on site .Got so bored with it have now bought an old mk 1 transit travelhome, brings back the memories. We have also bought an old trailer tent for when we feel the need for a change.

Have always loved having a camper and never really looked back,we are looking forward to trips this summer,The only problem is the space as we have 2 children 10 and 13,different sexes and a huge dog.We have got a small awning though so that will help.

When Iv'e had a problem or needed advise have looked on this site and found lots of information, very intersting and very usefull. At the moment have stripped most of the interior out because of damp and we are making good with wood boards and fablon,it's looking good.A worthwhile project, with lots more work to do,don't think it ever ends with an old camper.

I am in the throes of converting from caravanning to motorhoming, ( is that a verb ?) so I will be coming back here quite a lot to pick posters' brains. Best of all I am about to retire and motorhome off into the sunset (verb?).
I still love to be under canvas, or ripstop nylon now and then and have spent many outings backpacking around Britain.
However now the years are rolling by and the Goddess and me feel like a bit more luxury. We take delivery of an Autosleeper Legend in 2 weeks, I cant believe how old it makes our present Ace Diplomat look, we've had it 20 years and I expect we'll get quite emotional when it goes. Sorry for boring you all but I aint slept for 3 nights...I'm so excited.!!!!
