My inlaws have just bought a Ford Transit Hi Cube with access from the cab or rear doors only. Does anyone know of any awnings that fit this type of camper? I would be gratefull of any information you could give me?

Sorry Mark, it is a bit of a difficult one, if you are looking for an awning to attach to the rear of the van, it has to be a very tall one, due to the full height doors.  Have a look at these websites, and measure the height from the top of the van doors to the floor and check the heights of the various awnings for sale.  Then you will need to find out how they attach to the van and may be add a rail over the doors. Hope this is of some help to you until someone else comes along.

Hi julie, yes you can be as nosey as you like! I have (at the last count) 4 freestanding awnings - different hights (where they fit to the van). Should have at least 3 that will fit your van; side & rear fitting. Prices from £150 to £250. I'm going away Sun 26 back Sun 2. theres nothing advertised so they'll still be here, just give me a call 07976279222 (let me have your landline & i'll call you back - & you can have my No.). If you bring your van I'll put the awning of your choice up so you can make your mind up!?
