If you want any advice give me a shout - I've spent the last two years working with manufacturers and talking to the Department for Transport developing these things (we can supply home-fit bars for the alko chassis or alko chassis extensions from only £300 - they take about 10 minutes to fit, plus electrics).
For non-alko chassis I'm happy to put people in touch with a number of 'recommended competitors', unless you have lots of fitting experience, in which case we can supply a type-approved bar from the continent - but this isn't normally suitable to be fitted by a member of the public and is really quite expensive (although an excellent bar).
As well as the company already mentioned, I'm happy to recommend www.watling-engineers.co.uk; they are very good, fully recommended (despite being a competitor!!) and will be able to fit one of their own bars for you.
Before you get anything fitted you need to check: your towing capacity; that your intended load will not infringe on the rear-axle load (remember it is amplified by the distance between the axlea and the rear); that the towbar does not exceed the maximum extension allowed relative to the wheel base; and that if you intend to tow a car that you are familiar with the issues around towing equipment.
