Hi  Folks,  my father has asked me to post this on here regarding a so called re-call on trumatic c boilers in campervans from the end of 2005.  He was allerted by what he read in the caravan club mag and also now in the new motorhome monthly mag. There seems to be a safety issue related to these boilers.  There are telephone numbers for truma uk in these mags to call but unfortunately there is no answer. Also there are two email addresses and these are bringing no replies!  Surely in these cicumstances they should be able to be contacted!                          I wondered if anyone out there was genned up on the situation and would know by the serial numbers if my parents one was ok or needed re-call work. Truma uk give serial numbers on their website but i dont find it clear enough as to the state of  my parents one.
