Hi, I have a breganz awning(used only once) very good quality, cost me £249, bought a bigger van don't need it now, it comes with a breathable ground sheet(cost £35), i'm selling them for £195 + carriage or you can collect,i live on the wirral near chester, it's totally stand alone,just conncts to your van with figure of eight plastic strips ie on to your gutter, give me a ring 0n 01516303183,
