Hi - we've got a couple of larger items kicking around in the back of the van hat I'd like to stow somewhere when travelling - notably folding chairs and a table for sitting outdoors. I thought about attaching a bike rack to the back of the van, and either securing them directly to that, or putting them in a storage box on the bike rack.
I don't want the type of rack that attaches to the tow bar because we want to be able to open the two swing-out rear doors of the van easily. Also, I'd rather not drill holes in the doors for fixing. I've heard that you can get racks that hook on to the top and sides of the door. This seems to be the best option for me - no drilling, and I don't have to remove the rack before opening the doors.
Does anyone know who manufactures these for a Talbot? Thanks.
