Hello, I need your thoughts and views. My MH base vehicle has a manufacturer warranty of 2 years or 18000 miles. The 2 years is almost up and it has only done 7000 miles. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle and I can take it to a franchise dealer 25 miles away for its first service. However, down the road, 1 mile away, is an independent garage that services campers and large vehicles and has all the facilities with computerisation and can check on all vehicles details via their vin number.
With a new car you always take it to a dealer to keep up the warranty, but with campers what do people do? I will take it to one of them if only for an oil change and to get the 'book' stamped - but which one?
Regards
