Have recently bought an Autotrail Badger, I find it a very comfortable van but I am concerned about the engine being under powered at 1.9  has anyone had experience of an up grade or any other solutions to this problem

if you don't have turbo you could try Turbo Lancaster for an upgrade, to be honest we had a similar van on a 1.9td a few years ago, and changed it  because of engine size, loved everything else about it - but just no fun to drive.
