I was going to say this, weather the garage has insurance or not, it is their responsibility whilst in their care, not the same as a public car park, you handed over the vehicle for an MOT/ repairs, expecting it back in the same, or better condition than it was left in.
There only 2 things that really get my goat., 1: people who break into/wreck other peoples cars/MHs/Caravans/Houses, and 2: people who mess with families
