Hi Billdoor- I would guess that you will recieve a letter from her soliciter, ( they will take on any work for money) console yourself in the fact that it will already have cost her £40 for that. Do nothing, wait for another letter, this one will be more threating and promising dire consequenses, another £40. Why do I say this, because I have been through this same thing ! Dont park the vehicle on the road, you stand a good chance of being warned for obstruction, dont forget you have a large motorhome, not a car. Wait for the next snotty letter from the solicter who will now inform you that legal proceedings are being instigated and you will be libel for all costs which will be high. Now is the time to make sure the builders intend to ignore the situation or come down on either side. When you find out, then is the time to decide on legal support or not.Personaly I would wait till summond to a county court and defend yourself there ,thats if the builders come down against you. In my case the builders said they had no objection to a motorhome on my drive.
If you feel you may lose I would move the motorhome to safe storage, and inform your neighbour you will park a car in its place, and would buy a scrap burnt out wreck and see if that brings her to her senses. Inform your other neighbours that the wreck will be moved as soon as the other property is sold. kiev
