Hi all,
I have just bought a 1990 Burstner 570 and have found all the manuals in german (hand written!) So I may be asking quite a few questions for help, sorry guys...and gals.
Since I am a complete newbie I will start with this, GAS, I was told the heating, hob, fridge and water run off LPG but I might need an adapter for the bottles. This confused me so I went to a friend on a local campsite and he said it depends on the pressure on the connecter, 36bar propane, 28bar butane (i think) but when he saw mine it said 16bar. This issue is under investigation. (any thoughts?)
Oh, I was also told that changing between butane, propane and LPG could damage the jets on the hob???
NEXT: What is the best type/power leisure battery to use? I have one now but was told it was quite old also is there a way to test my ampage from the sockets?
Errr, I think I will stop for now as I have a headache, DOH!
Thanks in advance for any help, I'm sure I will have many more questions very soon.
Cheers,
James
