Hi all.Our Vaillant water heater in our Talbot hasnt worked since we got the van,I think the previous owner didnt drain it before the winter.Have tried to get a replacement Diaphragm as this was distorted but cannot get one as they have stopped making them.Therefore we need to by a new water heater but can anyone tell me which make to get which would be less hassle to change (as in go straight in where the old one was!) also onw where parts are easy to get and also the best place to buy them.

have you tried to get a replacement diaphragm from a gas central heating spares merchants as they might have something similar.

Thanks.Have looked around at several companys but cant find one so are just going to go with a new one.

try arc systems, a member on her, not sure if he frequents the motor home section, but will be able to advise,and from prevous experiance if he cant help, he will know somone who will.
