Cheesy Hammy Eggy

Ham laid on a slice of toast or a toasted bap with egg, cheese, mustard, lea & Perrins mixed to a paste, grilled for two minutes then topped with a poached egg sliced so the yolk forms a sauce. Side salad optional.
