As many people can't get away as usual this year I have picked,
"The place I'd love to be."
So have a think and a reminisce and get those lovely photos posted on here, with a little explanation.
Looking over the vineyards of Ventoux from Domaine de la Pigeade havving stocked up on their delicious wine. We tried it in a restaurant in Bruges when we went there for our silver wedding anniversary and made a pilgrimage there last summer.
Walking along the coast path in Brittany, heading for a massive plateau de fruits de mer at Primel Cafe overlooking the sea.
Sat outside the Bar du Donjon in Montignac-Charente with a couple of well-earned cold ones after a walk.
One of our local walks, wont be able to do this next year as it is being turned into the countries largest solar park. Solar panels as far as the eye can see.
But still have all this if we walk the other way
And just up the road, so all in all lockdown has not been too hard on us.
But I never want to ever have to explain to my 2yr old grandaughter what a social distancing stick is again.
I'd love to be in Scotland, in fact that is where I should be right now, on Shetland but not to be this year (and the weather is better up there than down here at the moment, typical!).
Old Man of Storr, Skye
Clachtoll
Although I'd quite happily pitch my tent anywhere peaceful for a few days to get away from this 'new normal'.
I wonder if others are struggling to upload photos. I now have 10 in the "upload and include your own photos on this post" section. It says I can't load more without leaving revues and I find the other ways difficult.

Thanks, I will have a think for this months topic.
May I suggest "Pictures of green cotton canvas inflatable tents", or "Photo's of your wife with a very large plaster on her knee, after falling off her brand new French bike after having her UK bike stolen from outside a French supermarket the day before".
I'd stand a fair chance of at least a runners up spot, for either of those!

Thanks for the suggestions, but as per usual I wont take a blind bit of notice. Hope Muckerette was not badly hurt.x
