Apart from the obvious that it's fun.
1) Power cuts, we get loads here in the Forest of Dean due to overhead lines and trees not always getting on. We usually camp three or four times a year but have to use the cooker,lamps etc at least double that.
2) Moving house, just about to complete on a move to a house with no kitchen, am I bothered? No. It's a two day move so beds will arrive the day after we do, is that a problem? Not at all.
Cold beer in the three way fridge for when we arrive, camp chairs and table for the dining room, music dock for entertainment. I'm looking forward to the first night and may pretend to be out when the removal van turns up
