Hi we have recently bought our first caravan and are thinking of heading across the channel with it. We are limited to school holidays and plan to head off as soon as schools break up on the 20th July. We will probably head Burgundy/Jura/Alps and loop back up (having done a similar tour with Eurocamp before) Does anyone know whether we would have to book pitches in advance or whether we could go wherever the adventure takes us ? We plan to be away for 3-4 weeks. Have any of you done a similar tour before at a similar time ? Any hints and tips gratefully received !
