I took a look at the hidden code of what you're pasting, and it comes out like this:

The problem is you've got more info than just the picture reference (stops at ...jpg). Try it again, but without the bit on the end.
You will get the hang of it, but it can be a bit fiddly. In the end, computers are just big daft adding machines.
Sorry P&K, I was up against the cush last night so ended up a bit cryptic with my so-called "help"
As has been suggested I use Photobucket, as it generates the image internet address for you, and you can just paste it into the dialogue box you get when you click on the button above your reply box, as paulyk showed.
On photobucket you just need to click the "IMG" button and paste the link directly into the post no need to use the button. Otherwise if you do use the button make sure you delete the "http:/" otherwise you will end up with 2 of them and the image wont appear
