Has anyone bought from their website? Some of the things look good, but you have to buy £10 worth. I was very much taken with the green satin men's shoes, but OH didn't fancy them, no idea why.
Trust Pilot is one of the first places to look for reviews as there will be more buyers nationally than there will be on a forum like this. I have posted the link for 'Temu / Trust Pilot Reviews' below.
I was put off by the reviews and have yet to purchase from them.

Not keen on buying stuff from the Asian country in question due to having had our fingers burnt previously with poor quality merchandise with German sounding names.
No wonder some Western countries have high unemployment rates due to factories going bust due to under cutting by a manufacturer in the far east.
Same here - avoid at all cost buying from PRC especially.
I might have been scammed again very recently, time will tell when the goods arrive, if and when it arrives.
Also been taken for a ride for some "subscription" that I had inadvertently signed up to.
If something is too good to be true, it should be red-flagged!

Ive said this before: if something is 'cheap', theres a reason for this. Its worthless. Yet we all still want a 'bargain'. And thats the reason why theres no manufacturing in the UK anymore. No-one - or certainly nowhere near enough people, will pay a fair price for their goods. Its only the small, bespoke places that can make it over here now. And once the going gets tough, their customers start shopping around as well.
Although they sometimes advertise as Temu UK, it is a Chinese company with mailing addresses in the UK and the USA. The goods are manufactured in China and despatched from China.
By buying from them you are helping to increase unemployment in the UK and increase the finance and power of China.
Something else ive also said: how many read labels and stickers on stuff? So many people assert that they will 'never buy Chinese goods'. I had a decent to and fro discussion with some lady on the net on the subject not long ago; she was adamant she would not touch Chinese goods. I asked her where the tablet was made she was using to access the net. Never heard another word from her. Overseas goods are everywhere, and they aint going away in any of our lifetimes.
