Along with wild Scottish Smoked Salmon on scrambled Quals eggs.


Now you mention it .. that smoked salmon breakfast is lovely but I have it just on normal scrambled eggs.
... and no, its not a regular thing, just once in a while.


Down these parts we prefer Badger spleen on poached s**tehawk eggs.
