RTS5, ours at Walton on the Naze had a porch area, too - great for sitting out/drying wet gear. Inside was a worktop with cupboards under where you could have stove/washing up/preparation area, then a full height cupboard with bottom half for crocks/cutlery and top lined and shelved for food storage. Across the back was a wide bench seat where you stored balls,,buckets/spades and furniture (had open slat at bottom so you could sweep up sand!!) and finally there was a fold down table and fold flat stools. When we originally got it, the interior was bare but Dad fitted out the interior.
