That's right Martin, watched them for the last 31 yrs, it's the best sport in the world.
Although saying that I think they should drop the club call gimmick and just have a straight playoff format , Wigan sent a message to Leeds that they thought they could beat them and that gave Leeds the incentive to play as they did, glad Wigan lost
though lol

I used to be the first aider at hilton park in the superleague year. I was there for the only win they had. Didnt know who to shout for when they played saints

Hi Martin
I remember that day well our only win was against London, we also played well at home against St Helens until Jamie Lyon came on and ripped us to bits.
To be fair to us we only got 2 months to prepare for super league once the RFL made their mind up to let us in, by then some of the players left to sign didn't really give us much chance.
But all said and done I am glad we got our chance in the league we had some great times at Hilton park happy days

Leeds only beat Wigan because they didnt allow them to play - they steam-rollered them at every turn. Its not often Wigan get 'beaten up' as they did Friday. If they reproduce the gameplan at the final, itll happen again.
Leeds will win if they can nail Hodgson. I've seen him "bottle it" under bombs on his own line, just like he did last week.
He did it when he played for Huddersfield a couple of years ago, v Warrington, I think, and twice, on different occasions, when he was playing for Queensland in the State of Origin matches.
Not my favourite full back. (Spanky was the best)
