Sending you positive thoughts, l fully understand what you are going through, just been through chemo Fec regime with my 34yr old daughter, noe just starting radiotherapy and tamoxifen, Herceptin to follow next year, as were fighting a stage 3 grade 3 tumour which has now been removed, but was quite aggressive. The surgery is fairy easy compared to the chemo side effects, a bit sore for a few days, but heals quite quickly, is your wife having total lymph gland clearance on the effected side as well?
