I think a friend of mine just re-waxed her jacket. Don't know about washing it.

Nik Wax tech wash, wash on normal cycle, reload the machine after with re-proof. Tumble if you can.

NB, my latest coat just needs tech washing every few weeks and to re-proof once or twice a year.

Exactly what he said. Used Nikwax for years on garments and it works a treat.

I then tumble the jacket on the lowest heat on my dryer and that seals in the proofing nicely.
