David, we're wondering if that's the direction our Council parasites are pushing us. So far the only mention of changing terms is on the 'Demand notice', (backdated to April 1st), that is if we wish to disagree with the new sum, we should contact our Solicitor and also engage a Chartered Surveyor. Money, money, money if it goes that far. Awaiting replies from Assembly Members and Council. This subject has been brought up in Parliament many times but never got anywhere.
