I have been with sky for years and finally they talked me into going over to them for phone and broadband, biggest mistake of my life, three months spent on the phone sometimes twice a day for up to an hour at a time, when they said the TV package was hoping up I asked for a credit on the broadband which has never worked properly and was laughed at saying it was free so how could they give me a credit. Have cancelled movies and sports and they're having the whole lot back in February.
If you do change I hope you have a better experience than we did
