not impressed with BBC weather this morning it showed brilliant sunshine on my phone and showers on my husbands hone needless to say it was raining very heavily.
We downloaded WeatherRadar which gives a very useful 90-minute forecast so far we have found it to be reasonably accurate.
Madz, what use is a 90 minute forecast 🤔 I use the weather network for hourly, daily and 14 day forecasts, it's pretty accurate but you do have to check every few days to get the latest info

It gives a 7-day forecast plus the 90-minute forecast.
We find the 90-minute forecast really useful for planning activities, for example, we used it this week to decide if to eat out in the garden of a pub or not bother the app showed 1 hour until rain which was pretty accurate as it turned out. Do we go in the museum now or take that walk on the beach before the rain arrives.
Why would I need to know if we have an hour to eat in a beer garden when most normal folks would just go indoors when it rains?
Well, as a dog owner we are finding more and more places advertise as dog-friendly yet when you arrive the phrase actually means you can sit in the beer garden with your dog but you aren't coming in even if it's peeing it down and you have spent a small fortune on food. Obviously, that's a whole other issue but it does affect our planning of activities, along with that annoying thing of getting older and walking a bit slower but wanting to go a longer distance.
