When using comparison sites, I assume most people do, do you ever look at the bottom of the list where the highest prices are and wonder why? I do, just for a laugh. How is it that one company can offer insurance for £450 yet another company wants £2,000+ for the same person and the same vehicle? Often the companies offering these ludicrous prices are companies I have never heard of anyway, and what they are offering is not as good as some of the cheapest ones. Makes me wonder if they ever get any custom. Perhaps they are offering new-for-old on a 15 year old car, I never look that closely.
