If you offer home delivery you could sign up with mylocalbutcher.co.uk I have ordered from butchers through the site and am very pleased with the service I have received.
This could save you the costs of setting up your own website. Remember that your own site is still invisible to the general public unless you spend time and money promoting it. You won't be able to reach enough customers just by word of mouth.
As for what would I buy - sausages, burgers, minced beef, pork, lamb or mutton, pork/lamb chops, steaks, lamb roasting joints, chicken fillet, whole chickens, liver, lamb shanks, oxtail, shin beef are all regular buys for me. I also like marinated , ready to cook meals and peppered steaks etc.
