I always buy asda cheap own brand does us fine, but my Mum came to visit and had to bring her own tea bags LOL As she said mine were way too weak. She drinks yorkshire, and when my sis pops over she always asks that I leave the bag in the cup to make it stronger!!!

did discover that the sainsburys own brand are quite a bit stronger than asdas when we brought some in there recently

We have Yorshire Tea in the van at the moment but it was always Twinnings Everday Tea.  I like Paned Gymreig too.

My favourite tea was good old NAAFI tea - hellishly strong!

But I think tea tastes much better from the pot than made in a cup.

Talking of tea shall go and make one MMMMM!

I was once told that adding milk before the water somewhat blocks the pores of the teabag, preventing the water from properly infusing with the tea. I don't know if it is true, but I've never has as strong a brew from anyone who adds the milk before the water. Even tried it myself, couldn't make a decent cuppa that way.

The water is no longer boiling if you use milk first, so the tea does not seem to infuse  properly.

 So always add milk afterwards when you have got the tea as you want it.

 Mind I think loose leaf is better than tea bags get a better cuppa.
