Have you tried a gel seat cover? I think Lidl have them in this week for less than a fiver
I know Kernow you say yours isn't a 'click & go' style electric bike but do you mind me asking on this thread if anyone does use this type because of a disability? Not sure of the correct name of bike but they have a throttle and don't require any pedalling at times but the option is there if you wish to pedal. Any reviews?
Good luck with you bike it sounds a good job.
Wendy
Hi Wendy
I do have a much bigger saddle (from my old bike) so may fit that yet, also have a gel cover to be sure!!
I'm sure there are plenty of the other type available too.

So glad your enjoying the bikes all we need now is the weather to go with them and then happy days. I'm very interested in the Tarka Trail as we would love to cycle it we are on none assisted bikes and I have arthritis in my spine and knee is it a hard ride.
Sue.
Thanks Sue and you're right some nice, dry weather would be good. Was hoping to get out and about today (as they forecast a mini heatwave), but sadly Cornwall is wet and windy today!
The part of the Tarka Trail we took (small part from Fremington to Barnstaple) was completely flat, but as yet I cannot comment on the rest of it.

Thanks Sharon, we shall defiantly be giving it a go some time this year if we ever get the weather lol. I have been making a list of sites with some nice rides close by I quite like the pubs on the canals who do also do camping. I've got it all worked out get up have a leisurely breakfast off for a nice ride then back for a shower and over to the pub just throw some decent weather into the mix and ill be a happy bunny lol.
