It has a motion alarm, but how do you alarm the battery access? (probably being technically thick as usual).
Well, our vans external lockers all have alarm contacts - including the leisure battery . If i open one while its just parked up, the alarm sounds. Bearing in mind though mine is a vehicle and not a trailer (caravan), the alarm is direct to the starter battery - again protected by an alarmed bonnet. But the same should apply to such as a caravan battery powering any alarm, in a locker that is protected.
Ill just add that i know of one caravan that sits with a wheel missing, to thwart thieves. Its a ball-ache, but no-ones swiped it yet. (unless of course, its the wheel that been swiped! )
