A bump up for the Fast Diet, for everyone who wanted to know about the 5:2 ,,,l
Yes, it does work, but weight loss is slow, which I think is the best way, and you can't go mad on non fast days, just eat within your limits.
500 cals on fast days,, a healthy diet non fast days.. Plus some goodies are allowed, without feeling guilty..
