Just watching the Sheffield video. Just one chick left in the nest when parent brought in a freshly caught pigeon. I noticed the pigeon was ringed. I wonder how many pet pigeons or racing pigeons get caught...must be very upsetting for the owners of prize birds

Well, looks like the Nottingham pigeons are safe for another year...no chicks and the adults have left for pastures new.
