We have our 3 week trip to Euro coming up so every weekend for last month we have been cooking our meals outside using equipment we intend to use. I did say to someone that I will upload pics but don't recall who.
Bought the Cadac Roasting tin and stand. Another great thing to do is the cook in the bag items, also leaves the roasting tin very clean afterwards.
Our roast dinner from last weekend (this weekend we going to try a Singapore Spicy Noodles)

New Vango Orchy 500 to try STILL! STILL!
From opening chicken to eating was about 1.5 hours.
Really quickly, little paranoid but seemed to cook well.
I have noticed if you drink a beer whilst cooking to improves taste and removes the time you waiting also.

Oh my *rubs belly* that looked a delicious meal. How long was the cooking time?
Loved the beer on the table. I know someone else that enjoys a pint when he's cooking.

could you deglaze the pan with the beer lol ?
seriously when you finished cooking could you heat some water and a little squirt of fairy in there and give it a clean with a brush ?
I did soak it in a little, also used oven cleaner and the CADAC bbq cleaner and came up clean enough, on-site I can see it being a chore.
Going to test the bag style

Here's a challenge - try roast beef with yorkshire puddings - if you can do that in a cadac I'll be really impressed.
That's this week challenge, I could cheat with the puddings and buy Aunt betties, but the wifey loves to make them, think it will have to be individual muffin cup to cook, as room is a premium.
To be honest not much difference from a basic oven.

I am so tempted to buy a cadac...our second hand stove packed in on our lasst trip, we have been lucky and have been bake to hire BBQ at the past sites we have been to, so can younuse it for roasting, BBQ and as a normal grill? Or am I picking this up wrong.
