erm..... might be daft question but what does CEO stand for I looked on the web site but erm....none the wiser, everything has to be abreviated nowadays and your supposed to know what it means.
Can't resist a twopennyworth here. If I received the original letter of complaint, I would correct the grammar and spelling and return it to the sender. It is so abusive, it deserves nothing more than that.
There are ways of complaining which will get a result. Any complaint should be short and factual and not result to personal insults of any kind.
I can only suggest that the complainant sticks to shopping online.
Our local Currys are a miserable bunch of sods. But I would never describe them as things or objects. Thats so disrespectful!
Disrespectful people tend to get disrespectful behaviour straight back at them.
I was a duty manager for B&Q warehouse for years, I have had customers throw things at me from plants to toilet seats. I have always treated these people with respect, and even when a complaint has been made by a customer, I have never, ever been refered to as an object or a thing!
Usually disrespectful customer complaints are just shoved to one side, and dont even warrant a reply. But respectful customer complaints are normally followed up and dealt with VERY quickly and to the customers satisfaction.
I would never call someone such disrespectful names when I expect to be taken seriously. There are much better ways of getting what you want.
Treat others as you wish to be treated.
Respect isnt a "God given" right, it should be earned. If you treated the member of staff with contempt, (as from your letter you probably did) then I am not surprised that they showed little or no respect for you.
------------- Never look down at anybody....
.....unless to offer a hand, to help them up

Think you're username and signature says it all!!
I expect the Curry's staff sussed you as soon as you walked in!
There's no excuse for you describing them in such a rude way and calling them 'objects' although reading your posts on here does not surprise me you talk that way.
Maybe the staff looked at you as unwashed and unkept and that's why they laughed when you said you were looking at spending 900.00. Doubt that figure impressed them that much either.
I also agree with the other posts. If I was the Manager or CEO I would've corrected your spelling error's and returned it to you. You gained nothing by writing such an offensive letter like that.
And that's not PC gone mad - that's just good mannners.
Well I have not enjoyed a thread so much for ages. I have been sitting here quietly laughing to myself at the original poster's letter of complaint. I have also pondered about the motives for posting the contents of this letter.
It can't be to demonstrate skill and ability in communication because all it does is demonstrate ignorance of how to write a letter of complaint and how to use grammer to best effect.
Maybe it was to sound tough, but we all know the story about the wind and the sun and which one got the traveller to remove his coat with no effort, whilst the other one was exhausted and failed.
The pen is mightier than the sword, but the pen has to produce powerful words or it is a bit like stabbing someone with a splinter, they will just laugh. Bet it is not only us who are laughing but the staff at head office will have had a field day with this letter.
There is no place for rudeness anywhere, anytime and by anyone in my book.
But if we all get a laugh from that letter what harm can it do.
Let us hope this thread runs and runs as it is nice to be amused.
