I've been.using it, though occasionally forget to log an item. Had my 6monthly review with my GP only this time she weighed me, horror of horrors, and asked me what I was doing or going to do to lose weight. She was impressed when I showed her myfitnesspal on mobile, and that I'm using Pilates bands and an exercise bike daily. What I like is that everything can be recorded, it does all the calculating and has a weight loss/gain graph. Thanks for recommending it.

Have been using it daily, weighed in this evening, have lost 9lb in what I think is now 4 weeks, so well chuffed. Doesn't seem that long either so perhaps this time I'll make it.
I've usd this before and am using it again now on my iPad. I love it especially the bar code scanner which makes things a lot quicker.
Plus I can do it as into through the day, it encourages me to be creative with meal choices at home too it's surprising how much food you can actually eat and be under your calories for the day.
I've used it this time for about 4 weeks and haven't actually bothered jumping on the scales but I know I've lost weight as things are fitting better.
I started a new job after the last bank holiday and the 2 ladies I work with have now started using it too.
I haven't used it for a few days but must start again. After having gone away for a week I am just catching up with things.
Was quite good eating wise, had a few treats of course but as soon as I got back I went straight on the healthy eating plan.
I have lost 13lbs so far since the start of May so I'm very pleased. All I have done is changed my eating habits and way of thinking, I now eat for fuel and not for fun.
