Before Plusnet I was with BT and although I had an awful time with their billing which is why I changed, at least they provided a good and reliable internet and phone connection.
Ever since joining Plusnet I have had slow and intermittent connection and since moving house (in the same area) it has become even worse and I am now getting lots of background noise on the phone.
I have complained to Plusnet time and time again and each time they tell me there is nothing wrong with my telephone line and they are providing me with the speed I am supposed to be getting. Every time I complain they go through the same routine of getting me to test all my equipment and it seems impossible to discover what is causing the problem.
Certainly nothing has changed my end. Same computer, same set up etc... just different IP and router. If BT were providing me with good BB and phone why has it deteriorated since joining Plusnet?
There doesn't seem to be a solution and all Plusnet will do is offer to send an engineer round with a threat that it may cost me £60.00 if it turns out to be my internal line or equipment etc. I wish I had stayed with BT...at least it worked!!!
