Hi all,
I am thinking of buying an LG smart TV does anyone own one of these at the moment and if so, does it allow you to access Netflix?
I don't really want to get into a debate about which TV is best an Panasonic are a definite no go, as are Sony.
We have an lg smart tv and the quality is fantastic .... No idea about net flux though also not sure which you are after but b&m have good prices on them
Not sure, I can access netflix via the PS3 via the internet. So if your tv is internet enabled I don't see why not. I haven't forked out for a dongle for my panny as yet cos of the price. Tried a supposed compatible one but that was a waste of money. Will see what the prices are in Hong Kong later this year.

Thanks guys.
Madasaman, try the netgear universal home cinema wifi adapter, essentially its a wifi bridge you connect to your wifi then plug whatever device you need to into the network cable connecter and bobs your uncle. I've been using one for a while now its superb and only about £30.
Thanks Ali, I'm using the PS3 at the moment, it's my wife who wants to do away with that and just have it on the Telly.
I've got the panasonic home cinema on the WiFi and to be honest their system is rubbish and doesn't have lovefilm or netflix, I would really like a new TV

Netflix is accessed via the internet so if the TV connects to the internet then yes.
Not necessarily so. Each TV manufacturer has its own system to access internet/smart content. It varies a bit with each brand and that may or may not include Netflix.
I bought an LG tv last year and it has netflix in the internet content. But I have never used so cannot tell you how good/bad it is.
Just beware of how much data your ISP allows you because movie apps really put a dent in it if you're not careful.
