People (including campsite owners) really need to educate themselves on dogs/dog breeds.  Just because a dog looks similar to a wolf doesn't mean it's going to eat you!

Never seen an aggressive husky, or heard of one in the media that has attacked anyone.

One of the reasons I go camping is that it is a great holiday for the dogs too.

We have now found another site in another part of Yorkshire where we have been told dogs are so welcome they are compulsory! (and it's almost half the price) 

The point I want to make is that manners cost nothing, and poor customer service can not really be an option in these difficult times.

Our little newly discovered site is called Sheepwalk Cottage Camping in West Lutton, Yorkshire about 7 miles from Malton. Only 7 pitches, with a loo, no shower but EHU. There is one review on here, several on the C&CC and it sounds ideal.

I'm fine thanks, and so are my two little furries - I always smile when I think of Jack with the two of them. It's Sugar's birthday on Sunday, she'll be 14, so I think a few extra dog treats that day - or maybe a small 'cake' made out of dog food.

Funny it was Jacks birthday the other day, he was 2. The site near Malton looks lovely. Must meet up now summer has finaly arrived. Take care.

Jackie if you read my post correctly you are the one being rude I was joking with Tiggermouse that small manageable dogs can even get out of control and get people thrown off campsites. Don`t care what size a dog is as long as its friendly and well behaved.
