So sad. I have 2 friends who lost a baby born prematurely at 24 weeks and they have never got over it, and it was 17 years ago.
The mum had a breakdown and became a near-alcoholic and the dad is still angry with the doctors who talked them in having an unnecessary amniocentesis which caused it to happen. They split up eventually too, as it caused a huge rift between them - he wanted to talk about it a lot and she wouldn't.
I hope the Barlows find a way of managing their grief.
