Stir frys, pasta sauces, Did you get a recipe book?

But beware to keep your eye on it as it is so hot when it cooks, your mince can burn.

Larger bits of meat seem to be ok though!

Lots of websites here's one:

bolognaise sauce, sweet n sour chicken (put your chicken in and pour in the sauce for about 15-20 mins).
SAUSAGES-they taste brilliant out of the actifry (no oil needed)
Dont do fish fingers or chicken nuggets. Basically anything with a batter or breadcrumbs on as the paddle peels the coating off. Also, dont do pigs in blankets as again the paddle peels the bacon off.

Keep an eye on the ideal world shopping channel. When they have a deal on they have a chef that makes all sorts in them.

Good luck and happy cooking!

They can cook cupcakes too, make sure you remove the metal pan and mixing blade and place the mix in silicone cases at the bottom, bakes them well.

We make loads in ours just like everyone above, we loved flavoured and herby roasties in them.

I failed to mention that you can cook battered items like chicken nuggets but you need to remove the paddle and manually turn the food over. 1 very important piece of advice....THE PADDLE IS PLASTIC, IF YOU DROP IT, IT WILL SNAP. I have done this and was mortified. However, you can buy a replacement on ebay for about £15+postage. But in the first place, be careful how you handle it.

Landeg-Have you tried yorkshire puddings in it by any chance?

No not yet, tbh it didn't even cross my mind, but as it can do cupcakes, I suppose there is no difference in cooking yorkshires in it.

With the see through lid you have the added extra of being able to view it cooking, so could move the cases around as needed, sometimes you do need to do this with the cupcakes as the ones at the back cook faster than the ones at the front.

I also broke the mixing blade within a few days of having ours, it's very brittle, it fell off the drainer and snapped. I contacted Tefal and they gave me the genuine part order place, they are just as cheap as ebay if not cheaper.

If your on FB they have an actifry recipe site full of top tips and new things to try.

These yorkshire puddings have been cooked in the actifry. You have move the moulds around the tray to get even cooking and I used silicone moulds. But hey, they came out brilliant.
