We are as I type camping, we are on the front lawn of a farm house and we are the only campers here!

Guess I don't have to worry about neighbour noise!

We spent 10 days in Kent last summer and the for the first 4 days we were the only ones on site. It was FANTASTIC !! 17

Not that we are unsociable, but the peace and quiet was just what we wanted and didn't expect to find at that time in that area

Yes we were on our own for 1 day last week. It is such a lovely feeling and as you say soooooooooo peaceful. It was nice knowing you could get in the shower at any time you fancied too

You are very lucky indeed! Sounds like my ideal holiday!

I guess it could get lonely, maybe a few neighbours on the other site of the site would suit nicely, some nice quiet 'mind-their-own-bussiness' neighbours.

I've always been amazed at the turnover of neighbours you can have whilst on holiday, many tents coming for just one night.  You go out in the morning and when you come back, there they are!!  On our recent fortnight's holiday we had about five different lots of neighbours.
