As much as I admire the dissabled athletes and their well earned succes in the medals won. I only have to look at my wife and see how much she has sufferd in the last 25 yrs when she had to pack up work at 40yrs old . She manages to try and swim at least three times a week also does crossbow shooting once a week from her mobility sccoter. That is more than enough therapy for me.

to all the olympians in the paralympics. you are all medal winners to me. god bless you all. it was so good to see you doing as much as you could for your country.

If any thing comes from the paralympics is that every one can see how competitive disabled are right from the International down to the small disabled sport groups over the country.

 Where the wife goes it is so good to give a young or old person  with a small tropyh from the local cobbler. It  is just as important to them as a gold,silver or bronze medal. One young lad said to the wife one time, don't get upset if you don't win, bcause it is competing that counts. 

I congratulate all the competitors for taking part in these games and know how much effort was taken by every one.
