My email program allows me to ping messages back as though they have been undelivered. This makes them think it is an unused email address.

Back to the original topic, I think Valkrider's instructions have done the trick - from getting at least half a dozen unwanted emails every day I haven't had a single one today

Don't ask me where this is on your computer I stumbled across it by accident, BUT there is a section/page where you can block incoming e-mails from any country you like, including the idiots in the USA and the Nigerians

I blocked everything apart from the UK....If I ever need to e-mail anyone specific abroad I can add then as a trusted e mail so I get their reply.

Come on someone IT savvy, give us the details of where this page lives.
