Don't suppose any one on here has a fast fix for this pile of trouble I'm in.
You have had the fast fix its called a triple bypass what your feeling now is the normal mind and body shock to a major trauma it takes a while to feel human again (in my case about 6 months)you will find the biggest problem will be trying to do to much to soon when you start feeling better.
IF it helps I had 4 small HA and then a massive one only survived because I was in A & E at the time that was ten years ago, since then I have been camping ,canoeing, touring in Spain and hiking up to 6 miles a day ok I'd be lying if i said i can do all that as normal I have to take breaks and sleep a lot but then I also have a lot of muscle damage to the heart after so many HA.
Many people who have had only one HA get back to normal or feel fitter because they did not realise their heart was not functioning fully before the bypass was done so chin up and keep taking the tablets

On the bright side....
You are still alive and you remember just how much your wife loves you!
After I had a bad accident in 2007, my wife and kids were very supportive. before the accident I felt neglected and unloved. But I was wrong. Near death experiences can show you who really cares about you.
Mind you if my wife had known where I hid the insurance policy, things may have been different
------------- Never look down at anybody....
.....unless to offer a hand, to help them up
