I am planning on having a girly Christmas Party at the beginning of December as we are struggling to get a night out with Christmas parties and babysitters.

I was hoping that you maybe able to help with some Christmassy type party food - we are not wanting a full meal just a few bits and bobs that we can pick on through the night.

Thoughts so far are

Prawn cocktail in a tartlet or toasted bread case

Pigs in Blankets

Turkey in a wrap or sandwich???

Sausagemeat stuffing, Cranberry, gravy, roast potatoes

Any help on the above would be brilliant - I love cooking so any ideas will be welcome.

Hi I have never seen anyone with a chocolate fountain and unfortunately most of my friends have not got a sweet tooth they would rather have savoury especially if they are having a glass of wine as well.

Frozen duck spring rolls with dipping sauces nom.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese spirals spread the cream cheese on the smokes salmon roll and slice, alternatively put both on a slice of bread with the crusts cut off roll and cut into slices. Sainsburys do a really cheap pack of smoked salmon pieces that will work for this.

Anything on a Ritz cracker my personal favourite.

Always seem to do potatoe skins and the usual type of stuff when we have girlies and hubbys round so was trying to do something more christmassy and special just for us girls.
