So sorry to hear your news and as someone who has just gone through the same thing, I know how you are feeling. Just keep remembering the fabulous memories you have and give it time. Some say its only a pet but my Izzy was with me for 10 years and my grief is real.....as is yours x

Thank-you all for your kind words,we did not really know how old Brad was we think he was around 10 yrs,as we rescued him from Manchester dogs home in 2007.As with a lot of large dogs,the problem was his heart (cardio myopathy) plus other under-lying problems.There is a picture of him on our profile page enjoying a walk round Whitby on a camping trip,and he also managed to get on a tent review picture for a Gelert Horizon 600. Once again thank-you for the kind words.
