I'm reading it that RR isn't even getting to the login screen, as the page won't load. That shouldn't happen with a new browser installed with standard default settings.

yes it worked fine , but 3 months ago when i did my monthly check up i could not log onto the site, so for the last 3 months i have been ringing them up to get my "totals"
I had a problem with Barclays on-line a couple of hours ago.I rang them and they talked me through the problem.All's fine now.So pleased with Barclays today.
I have to use their mobile app on my iPad.
I've never heard of a bank asking for an IP address. If they need it to send a test ping, the least they could do is explain how to find it. It'll be their IT Dept I'd guess, so they should know that most domestic connections aren't static - they change. Very curious.
