Fiona, you do a lot of exercise: run, gym work and cycle. you properbly very toned, will have muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Instead of looking at weight. Have you changed shape, this is more important. This can be the reason why you find it difficult to lose actual weight. If you do a lot through the week, then calories is needed for fuel. Body will burn off muscle before it does fat. heath63
